This remarkable event brought together distinguished Israeli experts in the fields of early education and parenting, who converged in Baku.
The opening ceremony took part the day after the Remembrance Day, so it commenced with the minute of silence to the memory of all Azerbaijani soldiers who were martyred for territorial integrity.
The proceedings continued with an opening address by Mr. Alex Kaplun, the President of the IACCI, followed by insightful remarks from Mr. Hasanli Hasan, the Deputy Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Mrs. Narmin Ibrahimova, the Director of International Cooperation, who welcomed the guests on behalf of UNEC rector Mr. Adalat Muradov.
Mr. Alex Kaplun, President of the IACCI, expressed his optimism regarding the event's impact, stating, "Our countries have a history of productive collaboration across various vital sectors.
