President Isaac Herzog conveyed his congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev on his victory in the presidential elections.
President Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude for the congratulations and noted with satisfaction that he had received official congratulations from Isaac Herzog in the form of a formal letter.
During the conversation, there was an exchange of views on cooperation between Azerbaijan and Israel in various fields, highlighting the activities of the intergovernmental commission, and discussing economic, trade, cultural, and humanitarian relations. It was also reported that the beginning of the activity of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the State of Israel contributes to the development of our bilateral relations.
An exchange of views was also held on other issues of mutual interest during the meeting.
